1.) Failure to abide by the terms and conditions will result in termination of your use of this web site.

2.) Do not give out your user name and password to no one. The software is designed to track I.P. addresses. If you let someone else use your username and password, the system will monitor the I.P. address of the users and it will lock you and the other user out of the system.

However, the system is set at three. This way you can use the site at work, home or at a friends house. This way you can show him or her, how wonderful we are.

3.) Subscription to Pass the Puck is based on an annual subscription fee of $20.00 per year.

4.) Our data base software is designed to notify you when your annual subscription fee is due at your renewal date each year.

5.) When you subscribe, you will automatically receive a copy of our informal e-mail Newsletter.

6.) Your User Name & Password can be used to enter into our Virtual Coach section.
